The second edition of the Soulful Wellness Fair is coming on November 23rd, and I am excited to introduce you, over the next few weeks, to some of the wonderful exhibitors, panelists and workshop leaders.
Move to Thrive: A Perfect Fit for the Soulful Wellness Fair
Move to Thrive (MTT) is a vibrant program that aligns perfectly with the Soulful Wellness Fair's core values of wellness, mindfulness, inclusivity, and community. It's more than just a workshop; it's an invitation to destress and connect through mindful movement infused with the elements of Indian dance forms, modern dance, improvisation, and breathwork.
Aditi Kaushiva, the founder of Move to Thrive, was born and brought up in India to parents obsessed with music. Her passion for movement started at a very early age where she would sing and dance absolutely everywhere – grocery store aisles, the playground, even while walking down the street or shooting hoops on the basketball court – you name it!
Later, as an adult with a busy corporate career followed by running her own business, Aditi found herself facing burnout. After almost 4 years of pushing herself against the wall, movement came to her rescue, to pick her up when she was at her lowest.
It's for this very reason that she created the Move to Thrive program. It's designed to help busy professionals move their body, reduce stress, and reconnect with themselves. MTT is for everyone! No matter your age, fitness level, or dance experience, all are welcome.

Aditi always ends her classes with a dose of Bollywood thumkas, honouring her culture and introducing the explosive power of peppy beats to cultivate fun and joy in the participants!
