The Soulful Wellness Fair 2nd edition: Ifey Ihonor

The second edition of the Soulful Wellness Fair is coming on November 23rd, and I am excited to introduce you, over the next few weeks, to some of the wonderful exhibitor, panelists, and workshop leaders.

Ifey Ihonor is a doctor-turned-herbalist, cacao maker, and plant medicine ceremony facilitator. She spent five years travelling the world (from India to Indonesia, Hawaii, and Costa Rica) studying herbal medicine with native teachers before an experience with cacao in the Costa Rican jungle transformed her world view.

After that, one thing was clear: she had to share the mood-transforming magic of authentic ceremonial cacao with as many people as possible... and 8 Within was born.
